if you choose to collect your order on your own, you select this choice on the checkout & no shipping costs are charged.

[RETURNS]
We hope you loved your ALOVed product!
But in case you are not satisfied or changed your mind, you have the right to return the product within 14 calendar days from their purchase.
if you wish to return an item, please contact us first via email: customerservice@alovdesigns.com ( giving us the order information: name & number of order and why you need to return the item)
or by phone: +302103642768
If the product is:
/ purchased in the last 14 calendar days
/ not damaged or used
/ accompanied by a receipt, gift receipt or a proof of purchase
we will able to accept the return.
What you should do if you need to return an item :
step 1/ make the new order online. At the checkout you choose payment by bank transfer and write as a comment in the note section at the checkout “from return”,
writing down the details of the order that is about to be returned.
The amount of the new product should be at least the same price as the one returned. If the cost of the new product is higher than the previous order, then you
should submit the difference either through bank transfer or by credit card payment ( you should inform us by email or phone to create a special link for you)
step 2/ send the old product back to us
when we make sure that the old product meets the return requirements and that the extra amount – if any- is paid, then the new product leaves our office!
You can always pass by our store/studio ( by appointment) & make the return!
we can not accept returns for products that:
/ are personalized or customized
/ are not returned in the condition that were initially send by ALOV ( labels should not have been removed, the item should not have any damages)
We reserve the right to refuse returns of any products that do not meet the right return conditions.
